On February 21, 2023, Wu Yifei, Chairman of Changzhou Yuanjing Electronics Technology Co., Ltd., and Zhuge Zhong, Founder of Shanghai Probe Venture Capital Management Co., Ltd., signed a strategic cooperation agreement at the National Intelligent Sensor Innovation Center, witnessed by Xu Xiaobo, Secretary of the Tianning District Committee, Shen Yonghong, Minister of the Organization Department, Ni Yunze, Minister of the United Front Work Department, Zhou Haipeng, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Economic Development Zone, Jin Mingjie, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress, and leaders of the National Intelligent Sensor Innovation Center. Since its establishment, the National Intelligent Sensor Innovation Center has been conducting extensive cooperation with Yuanjing Electronics in the fields of MEMS and sensors. During this visit to Shanghai, the two parties further discussed cooperation and explored the future development and application of MEMS loudspeakers. This cooperation represents a special fund investment from Probe Venture Capital in Yuanjing's MEMS loudspeaker R&D, aiming to facilitate product commercialization.

MEMS loudspeakers are miniature transducers that convert electrical signals into sound signals. Their core components (such as actuators/drivers, diaphragms, and thermoacoustic diaphragms) are fabricated on semiconductor materials using MEMS technology. MEMS loudspeakers offer advantages such as low cost, low power consumption, high reliability, and ease of integration. MEMS loudspeakers are increasingly being used in smartphones, IoT, AR/VR, AI, wearable devices, and more.
