Yuanjing Electronics Opens a New Chapter

On February 21, 2023, Wu Yifei, Chairman of Changzhou Yuanjing Electronics Technology Co., Ltd., and Zhuge Zhong, Founder of Shanghai Probe Venture Capital Management Co., Ltd., signed a strategic cooperation agreement at the National Intelligent Sensor Innovation Center, witnessed by Xu Xiaobo, Secretary of the Tianning District Committee, Shen Yonghong, Minister of the Organization Department, Ni Yunze, Minister of the United Front Work Department, Zhou Haipeng, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Economic Development Zone, Jin Mingjie, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress, and leaders of the National Intelligent Sensor Innovation Center. Since its establishment, the National Intelligent Sensor Innovation Center has been conducting extensive cooperation with Yuanjing Electronics in the fields of MEMS and sensors. During this visit to Shanghai, the two parties further discussed cooperation and explored the future development and application of MEMS loudspeakers. This cooperation represents a special fund investment from Probe Venture Capital in Yuanjing's MEMS loudspeaker R&D, aiming to facilitate product commercialization.

In 2018, the National Innovation Center for Intelligent Sensors was established. As one of the first national-level innovation centers located in Shanghai, it is committed to the innovation of advanced sensor technology. With the goal of research and development and pilot testing of key common technologies, it focuses on sensor design and integration technology, advanced manufacturing and packaging and testing processes, and the development of new sensor materials, new processes, new devices and Internet of Things application solutions. It unites upstream and downstream enterprises in the sensor industry chain and leading enterprises in the industry chain to carry out common technology research and development, form a collaborative innovation mechanism of "industry-university-research-application", and build a world-class intelligent sensor innovation center.
